Uptime Monitoring Service

If your site goes down, you should be the first to know. Monitor websites, APIs, login pages, and payment endpoints 24/7. Get notified by email the moment something breaks, and see 90 days of history at a glance.

Complete visibility into your service health

Everything you need to know your infrastructure is up, and to understand exactly what happened when it wasn’t.

01

Continuous Monitoring

Check any URL on whatever schedule you need — every minute, every five minutes, every hour. Run checks on dozens or hundreds of endpoints in parallel.

02

Instant Alerts

Email notification the moment a check fails. Recovery alerts when the service comes back. Retry logic confirms real failures before alerting, so every notification counts.

03

90-Day Uptime History

Visual bar chart showing daily uptime for the last three months — green for healthy days, yellow/orange/red for partial outages, hover-to-inspect details for any day.

04

Live Response-Time Tracking

Average response time per check, charted over 30 days. Spot the slow degradation before it becomes a full outage and customers start complaining.

05

Incident Log

Every period of downtime captured automatically: start time, end time, duration, sample error message, sample HTTP status code. Triage and post-mortem in one place.

06

Per-Monitor Stats

24h, 7d, and 30d uptime percentages for each endpoint. Identify your most reliable services and the ones that need attention.

07

Multi-Region Checks

Verify your service is reachable from the regions your users actually come from, with checks running across multiple locations.

What you can monitor

Anything reachable over HTTP — from your homepage to your payment processor to your TLS certificate expiry date.

Websites

Homepage, landing pages, marketing site — know the moment any public page stops responding.

Web Apps

Login page, dashboard, checkout flow — monitor the pages that matter most to paying customers.

APIs

REST endpoints, GraphQL, webhooks — confirm your API surface is responding correctly with validated response bodies and status codes.

Status Codes

Alert when a 2xx flips to 4xx or 5xx — catch silent failures before users encounter them.

Response Content

Alert when expected text disappears from the page — catch partial failures and broken deployments.

TLS Certificates

Alert before certificates expire — keep HTTPS healthy on every production site.

DNS

Alert on resolution failure — DNS issues are invisible to uptime checks that don’t test resolution separately.

Who relies on uptime monitoring

Any team with a public-facing service they can’t afford to have down — undetected.

E-Commerce Teams

Watch your checkout, payment processor, and product pages. Every minute of checkout downtime is direct revenue lost — be the first to know.

SaaS Founders

Monitor your login page, billing endpoint, and customer dashboard. Spot infrastructure problems before angry tickets arrive.

DevOps & SRE Teams

Cover every public endpoint. Use the historical data for SLA reporting and post-incident reviews. Pipe alerts into your on-call rotation.

Agencies

Monitor every client site from one dashboard. Generate uptime reports that prove the SLA you’re charging for.

Compliance Teams

Maintain a documented uptime record for SOC 2, ISO 27001 availability requirements, and customer SLA obligations.

How it works

Agentless, infrastructure-free, and ready in under 30 seconds.

Add a Monitor

Paste the URL, pick a check interval (1, 5, 15, or 60 minutes), choose your notification email. That’s it.

Walk Away

Checks run automatically from the moment you save. Fully managed — nothing to configure or maintain beyond what you’ve already entered.

Get Notified

Email alert on failure. Email alert on recovery. Retry logic confirms real failures before alerting, so every notification is meaningful.

Inspect

Open any monitor for the full uptime timeline, response-time chart, and a complete incident log with start/end times and error details.

Why customers choose us

Flat, Predictable Pricing

Flat plans with generous monitor counts. Fixed monthly rate — monitor as many endpoints as your plan allows without per-check charges.

Real History, Standard on Every Plan

90 days of daily uptime on every monitor’s detail view, included as standard.

Honest Incident Detection

Every outage gets a proper incident log entry with timestamps, duration, and error details — ready to review and share without digging through email.

Built for Proof

Uptime data is exportable and report-ready — useful for SLA reviews, customer renewals, and compliance audits.

Your Data Stays on Our Platform

Your URLs, check history, and incident logs are stored on our platform only — not shared with any external monitoring service.

Confirmed Alerts Only

Built-in retry logic confirms a real failure before alerting — transient blips are ignored and your inbox stays quiet.

Pairs Naturally

Works alongside session recording, analytics, and security scanning — one dashboard, one login, infrastructure context and behavior data together.

Compliance-ready uptime evidence

For SOC 2 Availability, ISO 27001 A.5.30 (ICT readiness for business continuity), and customer SLA obligations, you need a documented uptime record. The dashboard provides it automatically — exportable timelines, uptime percentages by period, and a complete incident log ready for your annual audit.

Simple, transparent pricing

Two tiers, scale when you need to

Monthly billing, cancel any time with 30 days notice. Upgrade when you need more monitors or shorter check intervals.

Pro-tier features, bundled from day one

Public status pages, synthetic browser monitoring, real user monitoring, and on-call integrations are all included in the Pro tier — one monthly price covers all of it.

Public Status Pages

Hosted status page on a custom domain, real-time component status, scheduled-maintenance announcements, incident write-ups. The customer-facing transparency layer your support team has been asking for.

Synthetic Browser Monitoring

Playwright-driven scripted journeys: login, checkout, search, file upload, dashboard load. Catch real user-impacting failures that HTTP-only checks miss entirely.

On-Call Rotations & Escalation

Native integrations with on-call tools, incident.io, Slack, Teams, Discord, webhooks. Severity-based escalation. Retry-confirmation logic before alerting so engineers stop ignoring monitors.

Real User Monitoring (RUM)

Passive telemetry from real visitors: page-load performance segmented by browser, device, region, time of day. Catch the slow degradation that fires no alert but loses customers.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Pingdom or Better Uptime?

Three differences: (1) 90 days of history is included as standard on every plan. (2) Your monitor data and incident logs are stored on our platform only — never shared with external monitoring infrastructure. (3) Session recording, analytics, and security scanning are in the same dashboard, so you get infrastructure context alongside behavior data.

How quickly do we get alerted when something goes down?

Alerts are sent within 1–2 check intervals of the failure being confirmed. Built-in retry logic confirms the failure before alerting — every notification is a real outage, transient blips are discarded. Recovery alerts are sent when the service comes back up, with the outage duration included.

What types of checks can we set up?

HTTP/HTTPS status code checks, response content validation (alert when expected text disappears), TLS certificate expiry monitoring, DNS resolution checks, and API endpoint checks (REST, GraphQL, webhooks). Synthetic browser monitoring (scripted Playwright journeys) is available on the Pro plan.

Do you require agents or changes to our infrastructure?

Agentless and infrastructure-free. Monitors check your public-facing endpoints from our infrastructure. Setup is paste the URL, pick an interval, save — we start checking immediately.

How does the 90-day uptime history help with compliance?

SOC 2 Availability and ISO 27001 A.5.30 (ICT readiness for business continuity) both require documented uptime records. Our dashboard provides uptime percentages by period, a complete incident log with timestamps and duration, and exportable reports — exactly what an auditor expects, generated automatically without spreadsheet maintenance.

How many monitors can we set up?

Standard plan: 50 monitors at a 5-minute check interval. Pro plan: 500 monitors at a 2-minute interval. Flat pricing with generous limits — monitor as many endpoints as your plan allows at a fixed monthly rate. If you need more than 500 monitors (agencies, large DevOps teams), contact us for a custom plan.
