Your Marketing & Tech under one roof
Multiuniversal does marketing, software, and security work. The team is multidisciplinary; if the engagement covers more than one discipline, the people doing each piece work together on the overlap.
Marketing
Paid acquisition on the four major platforms, SEO and content programmes, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, CRM implementations, and marketing analytics dashboards.
Engineering
Custom web applications and marketing sites, mobile apps via a specialist partner network, Shopify Plus stores, AI agents shipped to production, legacy code modernization, and DevOps for teams growing past their initial setup.
Security
External penetration testing on a defined cadence, a virtual CISO retainer for strategic security work, and end-to-end preparation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.
SaaS Products
Two self-serve products that we built and use ourselves: session recording with heatmaps, and uptime monitoring across HTTP, API, TLS, and synthetic-browser checks.
Practicalities
Tech stack chosen per project
Each project’s stack is selected to fit the work. The framework, language, CMS, BI tooling, and cloud provider get picked once the requirements are understood and the constraints are clear.
You pick the commitment length
For project work, the engagement ends when the work ships. For retainers, you choose the commitment that fits the work — month-to-month from day one, quarterly, annual, whatever — and the engagement continues on that cadence until you give 30 days’ written notice.
Pick your reporting cadence
You decide how often written reports arrive — daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly — and on which day. Each one covers what was done since the last, what changed in the numbers, and what’s queued for next. Dashboards available too if you want to dig in between reports.
Cross-discipline context
When an engagement covers more than one discipline, the teams doing each share context directly. The ads team sees the analytics; the web team knows what the ad copy is aligned to; security findings feed back into the development cycle.
Start with a scoping conversation
30 minutes to walk through what you’re considering. Afterwards we send a written summary, and where the scope is clear enough, a fixed-price proposal. Usually back within a day or two.
